Not only did we have stuff on the dock, but also packed on the deck of the boat. Most of what you see are sails to go below. In the right center of the picture you can see our life raft. At one point, our neighbor at Brisbane Marina said in respect to our planned departure date of September 6, "you'll never make it." What pessimism! We did make it, although I'm sure we could have stayed longer to do more and more and more. We had moved to Brisbane Marina after our Go Away Party on August 14th. We thought that going back to Oyster Cove (wonderful, wonderful marina) would be like taking a step backwards. So we left Oyster Cove for the boat yard, had our party, and then went to Brisbane Marina for our last 3 weeks.
